To license a video please request an account on the sign-up page here. Once you have submitted your information a member of the T&T Creative Media licensing team will review your registration details and approve access. Your login details will be sent from a secure system and you will then be able to browse and license from our library.

Rates are determined by the rights required and your account access will be optimized based on this information. A member of the T&T Creative Media licensing team can discuss our full range of licensing options including subscriptions and bulk buys with you by contacting licensing@tt-creative.com.

Navigate to our licensing homepage, type your keywords or a Video ID into our search bar and click ‘GO’ or hit ENTER. You can refine your results by using the filters and sliders. Results will update instantly with the filters you choose. When viewing a video, you will discover similar recommended content. You can also browse collections curated by our licensing team here.

Yes, users from the same organization can have multiple logins. Each user will be able to view ‘My Company’ downloads to assist with collaborative working and help avoid duplication.

When logged into your account and viewing a video, click the ‘+’ symbol beneath the video to open the ‘Add to My Collections’ shortcut. In this window you can select a collection to add the video to or create a new collection. Under the account name dropdown in the top right of the page you can also click ‘My Collections’ to manage your collections - including downloading clips in bulk, removing videos from collections or adding a new collection. You can also click ‘favorite’ on any video to add to your ‘Favorites’. Browse collections curated by our licensing team here.

When logged into your account, click the dropdown on your account name in the top right of the page and navigate to ‘My Downloads’. On this page you can view your download history, filter by date and Video ID, as well as view ‘Company Downloads’ if multiple users from the same organization have download access.

If your account is optimized for a subscription or bulk buy, you can click the account name dropdown in the top right of the page for a snapshot of how many credits you have remaining.

All video downloads are in MP4 format and images in JPEG format.

If your license includes social media or YouTube usage our licensing team will add your channel/page to an allowlist either at video level for one-off licensing or channel level for bulk buys. NOTE: If a video contains music T&T Creative Media cannot be held responsible if the content is claimed.

When viewing content, the status of the talent release is displayed below the caption. If talent releases are on file that means all recognizable people in the video have signed a release. If you require a talent release for a commercial project that is not currently on file, please email licensing@tt-creative.com with the Video ID and our team will follow-up immediately.
