Couple Surprise Family By Buying Back Late Brother's Beloved Mustang

A stunned dad fell sobbing on the bumper of his late son's beloved first car – after a couple surprised him and their family by tracking it down and buying it back. Growing up, everyone in the small town of Amory, Mississippi, knew of Conner Dabbs' cherished 2006 Ford Mustang. Conner purchased the vehicle as his first-ever ride, and having driven it around town, to college and while working at his construction job, built up a strong bond with the car, which many saw as an extension of him. But after selling the Mustang to purchase a truck he needed for work, Conner tragically lost his life in a work accident on February 12, aged 20. His death was crushing for Conner's parents, Nathan and Sarah Dabbs, as well as his brother, Remington, and his wife, Ryleigh. Remington and Ryleigh spent most of their time with Conner and his girlfriend, Kaleigh, taking boating trips together, hunting, and over recent years, heard of Conner’s plan to one day buy back his Mustang. After he passed, Remington and Ryleigh made finding his car their biggest priority and having managed to track the vehicle down with the help of a relative, they left a message with the owner to ask if they might be interested in selling it.
