Mesmerizing Reindeer Herd

This awe-inspiring footage shows hundreds of reindeer creating mesmerizing spirals as they are herded to new pastures. Swirling clockwise, the herd forms hypnotic patterns when filmed from above. The giant herd of animals were captured by drone pilot Avdeev Sergery Viktorovich, who was documenting the work of the native herders found dotted throughout the polar Ural mountains in Northwest Siberia. Avdeev set about recording both the stunning nature of the Russian peninsula when he spotted a large herd grazing on the open tundra.
