Derrick, 18, had been expecting a necklace, but secretly his parents had been saving up to buy him his dream truck. Derrick has always loved trucks, so as soon as he turned 18 and passed his driving test, he began searching for the perfect vehicle. After finding his dream truck, a Chevrolet Silverado, he was disappointed when it was snapped up by another buyer – or so he thought. Secretly, his parents had caught wind that he had his eye on this vehicle and bought it. They hid it at his brother’s house until Christmas, before surprising him with the news.
